  • Ensures that CCU Team Members work in line with Departmental and Company Policies and Procedures
  • Ensure that stipulated timelines are met by all stakeholders
  • General Administrative Roles in preparation for BEDC Events such as Town hall meeting, Customer engagement Sessions as the need arises as well as liaising with Procurement department to provide work tools for staff as well as provide transportation logistics for staff investigations
  • Reporting Trends noticed by the all CCU Team to Management for further action
  • Office of the Managing Director (MD) Complaints management –Manage complaints from this channel to ensure speedy resolution
  • Ensures feedback is given to the customer where necessary
  • Managing the Customer Complaints Mail Box- Responds to all emails from this channel
  • Assign these complaints to the appropriate channel for further action
  • Ensures feedback is given to the customer where necessary
  • Sends all correspondence to external parties via this channel
  • Represents the CCU for external meetings
  • Carry out Training on Customer Service/Customer Complaints Unit for Graduate Trainees and periodic training for all customers service staff as well staff from various departments
