Summary

Ikechukwu Vincent Obiorah is a self motivated individual with over 17yrs banking experience majorly focussed in effective operations and administrative skill. Previous work experiences have prepared me well for a top flight position in any organization. From 2001- 2009, I gradually rose from a position of an Executive Assistance to an Assistant Manager with Zenith Bank Plc. During this period, I acquired skills in managing and supervising a team of experts in various operations department of the bank, motivating staff members in order to meet set targets and goals and performing various administrative functions which include but not limited to staff training and appraisals, vetting and approval of all procurements made by the bank within my approval limits, interacting and supervising various contractors etc. Furthermore, as Head of operations, I acquired excellent client management skills as I had large customer base to attend to on a daily basis at the banking hall. I also acquired the ability to analyze and construct business plans and financial statement, proffering financial advice to customers of the bank. Collection of data, processing and interpreting the data was part of my key functions. In role as Group Head, Banking Operations at First Generation Mortgage bank, one of my key function is to identify and propose processes that will bring about improvements in our operations (See attached CV).
