Spending time at the Gym

Well, i feel Healthier when i spend more at the Gym. Gyms have an array of equipment you can use to keep fit and lose weight. Your Mental Health will improve, at least for me it works on me pretty good. At the Gym i get to have new friends and it has also improved my social life too. And personally it helps me to work properly because it increases Blood flow to the Brain and improves cognitive skills, there by making you to be more productive in what ever you want to do.
