Practicing yoga , cardio dancing, listening to music, patient rehabilitation and follow-up care.

Basically, I love practicing yoga and listening to music because they are my selfcare routine, they help me manage stress and to achieve work-life balance.

Cardio dance and aerobics on the other hand improve my physical and mental health.

I am quite passionate about my patient's and client's rehabilitation and follow up care because, as a nurse I believe that treatment and recovery are not enough but also ensuring that my patients live a meaningful life again, stay health and avoid readmission or relapse gives me special satisfaction.
