• Team Lead for Nigeria’s 1st Corporate SUKUK Bond Issuance - a N30billion funding to Family Homes Funds for the development of over 5,000 homes across different states in Nigeria.
• Managed the AfDB and AFD engagements towards securing funding for the HTO and Student Housing Funds respectively.
• Structured transaction towards the funding of a 5,000+ bedspace Student Hostel Development for the University of Nigeria (UNN).

• Conceptualization and development of the Help to Own (HTO) Fund with African Development Bank (AfDB), a unique $90million mortgage fund for the acquisition of over 15,000 homes.
• Engagement with International Finance Corporation (IFC) towards securing funding for student housing projects under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
• Conceptualization of the Student Housing Programme and engaging with French Development Agency (AFD) towards a €30million funding to be deployed towards the development of hostels in Universities across Nigeria.
• Establishing co-funding structures and investment vehicles to mobilize third-party capital and ensure sustainable long-term funding.
• Manage relationships with government institutions, DFIs, and stakeholders towards the operationalization of Funds.
• Representing the organization in several high-profile stakeholder engagement.
