I have exceptional urge for learning new things, gaining new knowledge , so basically everything that involves learning gives me the thrill. I love travelling to new places and meeting new people because I believe travelling is part of learning. Cooking gives me the opportunity of expressing myself without necessarily speaking, also I learn about other people's culture by learning about their meals, how it is cooked, its origin; I believe in 'variety being the spice of life', so why stick to a particular meal for long when varieties are out there. I like being able to create something out of nothing, I get validation from the fact that the pictures of raw materials and finished products are usually breath taking.
