- Iderimo Akene is Safety Manager/process safety advisor with international and local experience in Drilling and Production in the Oil and Gas industry. I am presently working with Oriental Energy Resources (2015 till date), managing the offshore EHS management system, Risk management and compliance for all 2 offshore fields (Ebok field and Okwok field). During this time, i worked in Bahrain, Dubai and China on Multimillion dollar contracts - FPSO conversion and FSO conversion.
- I worked with AFREN NIGERIA as Production HSE coordinator and Drilling EHS advisor on their rigs/platforms/FSO/FPSO.
- I was with NEXUS Alliance LTD, contracted to SNEPCO as HSE coordinator for Bonga FPSO Turn Around and drilling programs as EHS Supervisor.
- I was part of the team that converted and started up FPSO Armada Perdana in Singapore and Nigeria. I have experience in supervising and coordinating compliance to health safety and environment, HSE Regulations, carryout HSE trainings, competent person on Permit to Work, Authorized gas tester, HSE management system procedures.
