Coordinated the training of 26 community peace mediators from 11 Nigerian states (Benue, Plateau, Kaduna, Nasarawa, Kano, Rivers, Imo, Yobe, Adamawa, Katsina, and Borno) through the Network of Nigerian Facilitators (NNF) project, with support from the United States Institute of Peace (USIP). The training focused on facilitating community dialogues, mediation, negotiation, and non-violent action, enhancing their capacity to prevent and resolve conflicts and promote peace in their communities.
Led the Network of Nigerian Facilitators peacebuilding project, which connected 26 individuals from 11 states across Nigeria to collaborate, coordinate, and implement community dialogues that enhanced peaceful coexistence in 32 communities.
Managed and provided oversight for 24 members of the Network of Nigerian Facilitators in organizing and facilitating over 100 community-based dialogues over 5 years, which resulted in improved peace and co-existence in the targeted communities.
Spearheaded the development of a cross-sector relationship between community-based NNF peacebuilders and the Plateau State Peacebuilding Agency (PPBA), which resulted in improved collaboration between them in addressing local conflicts in Mangu, Bassa, Barkin Ladi, and Riyom LG Areas of Plateau State. The same was true for community-based NNF peacebuilders in Kaduna State, who collaborated with the Kaduna State Peace Commission to resolve local conflicts in Je'maa, Kaura, Kauru, and Chikun LG Areas.
Helped enhance peaceful coexistence between Ganawuri and Attakar chiefdoms in Riyom Local Government Area of Plateau State and Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State The Kaduna State Peace Commission and the Plateau Peacebuilding Agency effectively managed and provided oversight for a joint project to enhance interstate peace along border communities in the two LGAs.
Increased collaboration and coordination between local community members and security agencies in Barkin Ladi, Riyom, and Bassa LG Areas of Plateau State leading to enhanced peace in the LGs.
Supervised organization and implementation of 6 geo-political zonal workshops on enhancing collaboration and coordination among civil society, government, and security agencies in 36 states and FCT, leading to the development of inclusive plans to enhance peace in the states.
With support from the United States of America's State Department, I managed and coordinated the implementation of a survey on understanding of armed and militia attacks on villages in Maradun and Shinkafi LGAs in Zamfara State, Je'maa and Kaura LGAs in Kaduna State, and Bassa and Riyom in Plateau State, which led to increased knowledge of causes and effects of conflicts in the areas.
Monitored programme budgets for optimal financial management for the Network of Nigerian Facilitators community dialogue projects, leading to value for money.
Maintained clear documentation of all activities related to the program including all NNF facilitators reports, budgets and monitoring and evaluation reports.

Provided oversight on projects designed to enhance collaboration between the Kaduna State Peace Commission and the Plateau State Peacebuilding Agency, leading to better coordination in addressing interstate conflicts in the two states, especially along their common borders.
Managed and provided support to the Kaduna State Peace Commission (KSPC) in the implementation of peacebuilding projects in the Kaura, Kauru, Chikun, and' Je'maa local government areas, leading to enhanced peaceful coexistence in targeted communities in the Takad, Chawai, and Fantsuam chiefdoms.
Supervised organization of workshop on women's participation in peacebuilding for women in Je'maa, Kaura, Kachia, and Kauru, leading to an acceptance of traditional institutions and state government agencies to increase participation of women in peacebuilding processes.
