· Manage, supervise, and prepare the daily working schedule as well as assign and set specific duties.

· Oversee activities directly related to the manufacturing, milling, tinting, labeling and filling processes in coordination with the production manager.

· Oversee the movement of finished goods and materials in and out of the facility in coordination with the warehouse stock keeper.
· Develop and implement new business strategies for creating or improving processes and procedures to improve performance.
· Manage efficiently the use of company materials and vehicles in coordination with the administration department.
· Ensure efficient management of quality and cost control with the Quality and R&D manager.

· Ensure that emergency as well as health and safety equipment is tested and replenished on a regular basis.

· Coordinate with external auditors and make sure all minor and major findings raised are tackled effectively.
· Coordinate with internal auditors to set scheduled and non-scheduled audit and inspection plans.
· Coordinate with internal auditors to set the yearly Quality audit plans and audit agenda as well as review and discuss all audit outputs with the top management.

· Develops and implements preventive and predictive maintenance schedule to improve reliability and minimize machinery downtime.
· Identifying the needs for repairing machines, taking into consideration efficiency, cost, environmental measures, and safety.
· Manage with the staff, processes and activities for maintaining all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual and efficient operation.
· Ensures equipment and facility function as planned to avoid downtime
· Support electrical technician during installing and troubleshooting electrical equipments.
. Monitor and troubleshoot air pressure (ventilation system) to determine when filters need to be changed.
Quality Control Department
· Make sure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards specified in the purchasing documentation
