- Assisted patients with timely self-administered medications and according to nurses instruction.

- Turned and positioned bedbound patients to prevent bedsores and bed ulcers, while ensuring patients comfort levels are maintained.
- Assisted clients with daily living needs and also helping them to maintain self-esteem as they are involved and also partake in their care.
- Assisted with dressing guidance, grooming, bathing,meal preparation, and reminding patients when to take their medication.
- Assist residents with their feeding and water intake ensuring that they continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle
- Ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for residents by cleaning bedroom every two hours while on duty.
- Work as a team player with other healthcare staff members to give the residents a well coordinated and effective care.
- Monitor changes in clients' conditions and giving feedback and concerns to matron/ supervisor.
