- Provides strategic and operational leadership for 9mobile Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Radio Access Network (RAN) teams for 9mobile network with 12.8 million subscribers.
- Managed full product lifecycle, from ideation through post-launch support, ensuring consistent quality control measures were in place for 4 apps - Site access management app, Technical Change Management app, Enterprise Complaint management app and Site outage telegram bot
- Successfully led the internalization of network operations functions, transitioning from the managed service model to a hybrid in-house operations model. Built the 9mobile NOC team of over 110 resources following the internalization of Level 1 and 2 services. This was achieved in two months.
- Negotiated a revised L3/Tools/Spares management contract with Huawei worth N5.5billion ($7.3 million) resulting in annual savings of N1.05 billion ($1.4million).
- Built new customer experience management, service performance and service assurance functional units/teams within 9mobile NOC from scratch, leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services on time and within budget constraints.
- Led the cross-functional operations team to integrate and commission over 1600 LTE/4G sites using frequencies re-farmed from 2G 1800MHz band – an innovative solution when 4G license spectrum was not available.

- Evaluated vendor proposals for equipment procurement, selecting optimal options based on cost-effectiveness and performance criteria during the negotiation of a multi-million-dollar multi-passive/multi-active (MPMA) contract with Nokia Siemens Network.

- Supervised the installation and maintenance of 11 fully configured BSCs, 6 PCUs and over 370 BTS sites spanning 6 States in Southwest Nigeria for MTN Nigeria.
