  • Ensure partnerships with exiting OEM(Galooli) is beneficial to Citracks by making sure OEM stops taking arbitrary decisions without consulting Citracks.
  • Improved the partnership with the OEM(Galooli) by becoming their technical partners thereby improving the bottom-line of the unit with additional revenues of N350,000/monthly.
  • Sought for and made sure that we signed off on a partnership with another OEM(NCS) on Vessel Tracking thereby making sure we are technical partners on EFMS installation which increased Citracks bottom-line...This partnership brought in about $300,000 in the first year.
  • Create visibilities for both OEM by organizing and hosting Telematics Conference(first in Nigeria) to improve product knowledge and increase both partners visibility for more market share.
  • Make sure that clients across board are comfortable and satisfied by work done on installation activities carried out by Unit's Technical Team.
  • Create Team Bonding between Team members by ensuring that social activities are carried out from time to time to create room for positivity.
