- I have over ten years working experience in food and agro-allied research, working with various food raw materials ranging from spices, grains,vegetables, tubers etc on which I have published several articles
- I have developed a particular interest in fish processing and seafood value addition in which I hope to learn a lot more
- I would love to advance my understanding on aquaculture, fish processing and seafood value addition through further study with an expert at a remarkable institution

- Project -Quality assessment of smoked fish using different smoking kilns
- Three different fish species (Clarias gariepinus, Chrysichthys nigrodigitatus and Pseudotolithus typus) from different water habitats were smoked in various types of smoking kilns and quality assessment was carried out testing the proximate composition, microbial composition and organoleptic evaluation

- Project -Separation of Lipovitellin – An egg yolk protein from roe of Clarias gariepinus
- Egg yolk protein; lipovitellin was separated and identified from roe of Africa catfish (Clarias gariepinus) using column chromatography
