● Monitor, analyze and report conditions of on wing engines via Engine Conditions Monitoring (ECM)

Prepare, Coordinate and present Engineering Orders, Engineering reviews based on OEM data (SL,
FTD, SIL, MOM, SBs etc.)

● Prepare ,review and communicate the Engine/APU overhaul and repair work scope with Engine/ APU MRO entity

● Attend Reliability Meetings, monitoring and analyzing reliability reports

● Review and comment on the engine and APU agreements with different OEM,Supplies, lessors ….

● Full regulatory body documents AD evaluation and compliance document preparation including Engineering Order (EO) task preparation using internal process.

● Perform FDR data evaluation and analysis, incident, or accident investigations by using software like INSIGHT and prepare an engineering investigation report.

● Led fleet management team, preparing removal forecasts for engines and APU, ensuring optimal fleet balance and maintenance requirements.

● Configuration management of engines, part identification, creation and identification alternate parts

● Provide warranty engineering assistance, plan, and coordinate implementation of projects.’

● Implemented various projects including EIS, redelivery, and 360 Foam wash project, achieving cost savings and effective modifications.

● Execute, control, and monitor the performance of Maintenance Pre-Event Preparation, Maintenance Event Preparation, Maintenance Execution

● Prepare TPM (Technical Procedure Manual) for the section

● Reviewed aircraft maintenance work packages and managed projects, ensuring adherence to defined scope, timeline, and budget.

● Deliver reliability analysis of various aircraft systems and components, communicate
with manufacturers, OEMs, and service providers.

● Monitored fleet-wide reliability and conducted RCCA to prevent recurrence, enhancing dispatch reliability.

Disassembled and assembled engines, modules, subassemblies, and external components according to manufacturer’s manual, ensuring compliance and precision.

Executed GTCP331-200 APU off-wing engine preservation and overhaul, conducted engine hook up on test bed, and performed comprehensive pre-test and post-test tasks to facilitate accurate testing.
