• Took The company from the conceptual stage to become a real legal entity in Nigeria with the registration and incorporation of the company finally completed, it was time to start forming strategic partnerships as a way to achieve the goal of becoming one the major players in the fintech industry.
• Designed and implemented PAY CENTER architecture design ADFEX plans to enter the Nigerian market with an all-inclusive platform called PAY CENTER which would be initially be available as a mobile app (Android and IOS)
• Led the team to develop the entire backend (Middleware) and mobile app within a record time of four months! The Pay Center mobile app development is completed and pending necessary Quality Assurance before going live

• Took charge of the Groups backend infrastructure (Middleware & Cloud Servers) and took ownership of the new development team. Led the analysis of current bottlenecks that have prevented the microfinance bank build a functional mobile app.
• Designed sofri mobile application flow to enhance user experience upon onboarding to ensure 100% stress free process. Successfully ensured the new mobile app was launched within 12 months of resumption.
• Led the design and development of the following projects: The Sofri mobile app Backend (middleware), Sofri Nanoloan Backend, Sofri Target Savings and investment backend, Sofri Document Verification Platform, Citihoms finance Company customer onboarding platform, Zanibal – Dynamics transaction middleware, Fintrack – Dynamics transaction middleware.

• Completed the documentation process of software systems/applications (application/system documentation, user documentation and help files).
• Contributed to the development of test plans and participated in post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborated effortlessly with other functional teams including Product Management, Architecture, System Analysis and QA for 100% operational efficiency.
• Contributed immensely in the successful development and launch of the following;

International Security Identification Number (ISIN Portal), Brokers Trade Allocation Portal, CSCS internal Voting Platform, Brokers Portal

• Helped build some level of onboarding system and process for new developers.
• Worked on becoming a top performer (with complex systems) within development team in less than 8 months of signing up for the role.

• Launched WordRemit Money transfer service in FirstBank which was the first type of integration in Nigeria.
