• Results: Planning, managing and executing Soyabean Factory that consist of oil refinery, 10 number of oil storage tanks of 8m height each, solvent plant, warehouse, boiler building, 2 floor of 2 bedroom apartment, road and drainage construction that worth 50 million dollars ($50,000,000)
• Identified and corrected 10 construction errors/mistakes.

DUTIES:

* Supervison of construction workers

* Acting as the main technical adviser in the construction site for subcontractors and craftsmen

* Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are strictly followed

* Oversee quality control and safety matters in the site

* Liaise with contractors and subcontractors

* Sending of site progress report on daily basis

* Estimation of construction materials and labor cost

RESULTS:

* Planned and executed ultra-modern market project that consisted of 30+ buildings with 350 shops, snacks spot, Dormitory, warehouse, abbatoir and bus terminal at Jere, Kaduna State from foundation to roof level with my teams

* Saved #500,000 naira ($726) while liaising with construction workers

* Received 30% increment of salary after delivering 4th floor of four storey plaza building at Mabushi, Abuja within 3 weeks

* Identified 3 design flaws and provided sound solution
