POS Terminal deployment
· Led Verve card acquiring processing implementation with Hydrogen Payment Company (2025) - 21,000 terminals migrated in first phase with 10bn verve transactions successfully routed through Hydrogen's rails.
· Led the implementation of a Terminal monitoring solution to improve operational efficiency and drive collections performance (2025)
· Managed implementation NIBSS instant Settlement Initiative (2024) – a total of N3.3bn POS transactions were settled instantly within 3 months.
· Implemented Contactless Acceptance project for acquiring of Contactless POS transactions (2024)
· Managed the MasterCard/UEFA campaign across all Prince Ebeano Supermarkets outlets (2024) – N2.21bn transactions routed on Access terminals during the campaign (2024)
· Led the NQR merchant onboarding campaign in sync with CBN's naira resign campaign initiatives – a total of 66,574 merchants were successfully on-boarded on the NIBSS NQR platform – (2023)
· Implemented Amex domestic acceptance the Bank's terminal estate via strategic partnerships with 14 PTSPs And PTADs. This was a first in the Nigeria Payment Landscape (2023)
· Grew terminal activity ratio of 89% (4 notches beyond 89% KPI target) in partnership with PTSPs/MMOs. Total active terminals were an all-time high of 284,426 as of 31st December (2023).
· Implemented the Direct Card Issuer Routing Instant settlement (DCIR) project (2023)-
· Managed Breezepay solution deployment across AccessBank Terminal estate- a total of =N=52bn collections were successfully routed in FY 2023
· Implemented the (Access rewards) Customer Loyalty programme for Top Tier Retail POS Merchants (2023) – over N1bn spend actualized within the campaign
· Onboarded Accelerex Network Limited (ANL), one of the fastest growing Agency Banking businesses (2021). ANL achieved =N=14Bn+ in first year
· Implemented Access TAMs solutions to improve uptime of POS terminals (2020) – over =N=20bn collections successfully routed with downtime of primary host
· Managed implementation of ERP integration for key POS merchants across all market -segments (Downstream. This increased the bank's POS collections by an additional N25bn in 2018.
· Achieved N33Bn in agency banking collections (2018), 52% revenue growth (2018), and 50% growth in merchant activations
· Managed the Till Integration project for Prince Ebeano supermarkets (6 outlets) in the country (collection grew from N250m in October to N800m by EoY 2017)
· Led the in-house POS request portal implementation and terminal branding initiative within 6months of joining Access Bank in 2013
· Managed GTbank International Acceptance drive across in the T & E sector (Eko Hotel, Protea hotels)- collections peaked at $500k by HY2012
· Member, GTCO (formerly GTbank) POS Task force- which steered the deployment of over 10,000 terminals in sync with CBN Cashless policy and achieved =N=1bn in collections by FY 2012 and Top 3 in activation in FY 2012
