• Ensure compliance of activities with Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER).
• Ensure implementation of lifting activities meets company Lifting Equipment Control and Operations Procedures.
• Review prior issue and approve operations lifting plans & risk assessments.
• Inspect according pre-use checks and document any anomalies prior to issuing gear.
• Ensure operations supervisor carries out operations in a controlled and safe manner, in compliance with lift plans & risk assessments.

Ensuring that all lifting gears and lifting appliances at the lifting terminal are inspected, tested, certified, and maintained in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, and company procedures to ensure safe lifting operations.

• Analyzing machine efficiency with the use of timer Application.
• Recording the number of moves done by each equipment been analyzed.
• Observations on every possible delay encountered during analyses.
• Cordial relationship with equipment operators to facilitate good workflow.
