  • Plan and organize daily activities related to the workshop diagnosis, maintenance and repair operations.
  • Responsible for service revenue targets achievement for the dealership through strong team management, optimizing workflows and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) systems, comprising VRF systems, Chillers, Pumps, AHU’s and Ducting systems.

  • Role:
  • Preparation of periodic/sectional and global work programs for the various aspect of the work.
  • Preparation/ compilation of a materials and labour schedule required to deliver various aspects of the construction and installation works within the set timelines.
  • Ensure the delivery of all building construction and installation works in line with the required specification.
  • Review and competitive analysis of sub-contract tender documents, execute negotiations and subsequent recommendations for award.
  • Compilation of work progress and ensuring an effective and efficient documentation and records.

Major Achievement: Having missed the proposed Project completion deadline twice and was at the brink of missing a third. I was then re-assigned to take over as Site Manager. I provided the requisite leadership; disciplined and focused. Both technical and inspirational which was required to reverse the fortunes of the project. I inspired the site workforce by providing strategic and practical leadership and was able to ensure the Project was delivered before the next NYSC Orientation Camp in April 2012.
