Project- Shoreline Protection project of the Operational Support Base (OSB) at Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) Corporate Head Office in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. An NLNG Company project.

Task:

• Managing the OSB shoreline protection project
• An Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project
• Mentoring of engineers on the job
• Managing client, vendors and OEM to ensure seamless project delivery

Project- Plant Modification Contract (PMC) for NLNG plant in Bonny Island, Rivers State, Nigeria.

Task:

• Coordination of Turnaround activities which included replacement of De-ethaniser columns, replacement of Amine column, replacement column/vessel internals (trays, Schoepentoeter, Swirl Boxes/Deck, Demister etc.), and other projects within the NLNG plant.
• Preparation of Cost Time Resource (CTR)
• Preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP) and review/ approval of PEP prepared by others
• Review of bid documents with the team member and also, preparation of some bid documents
• Review of equipment route/journey management plan for equipment installation

Project- Construction and Refurbishment of Former Aggregate Berth (F.A.B.) works, for Saipem & Daewoo Joint Venture (Main contractor) for NLNG Train 7 project in Bonny Island, Nigeria.

Task:

• Managed the construction of the FAB from start to completion within budget, safely without LTI and with the required quality
• Met project deadlines without sacrificing build quality or workplace safety.
• Mentored young and intermediate engineers
• Managed client, vendors and OEM to ensure the project was delivered safely, within budget and quality

Project- Construction of New Industrial Area (IA) Laboratory Building for Nigeria LNG at Bonny Island, Nigeria.

Task:

• Managed and coordinated the New Industrial Area (IA) Laboratory Building for Nigeria LNG
• Managed client and vendors to ensure the project was delivered safely

Project- Procurement and Construction of deep foundation, at Gbaran Nodal Compression Project in Bayelsa State, for Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) of Nigeria.

Task:

• Managed the construction and installation of deep foundation (piles), at the Gbaran Nodal Compression Project from start to completion without LTI
• Collaborated closely with clients to ensure project objectives were met, maintaining transparent communication throughout the process.
• Manage client, vendor and community to ensure safe delivery of the project

Project- Construction of Atlas Cove Terminal material landing jetty and other facilities project for Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) at Tarkwa Bay, Lagos State.

Task:

• Managed the rehabilitation and upgrade of Atlas Cove Terminal material landing jetty and other facilities Project from start to completion without LTI
• Manage client, vendor and community to ensure safe delivery of the project.

Project- Southern Swamp Associated Gas Solution (SSAGS) Project for Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC).

Task:

• Coordinated the construction and site management activities of Opukushi Flow Station, from start to completion by managing the work force to see that targeted dates were achieved well ahead of schedule
• Identified and resolved construction issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Handled all technical issues, specifications, drawings etc
• Collaborated closely with clients to ensure project objectives were met, maintaining transparent communication throughout the process.
• Monitored daily progress on-site to maintain a clear understanding of challenges faced by the team members or any required adjustments in plans or schedules.Handled issues raised by client to see that they were resolved effectively
• Managed a site of over four hundred (400) personnel including subcontractors during these activities at Opukushi location to see that they work safe and increase production
• Ensured the preparation of PTW and JHA before authorization of construction starts
• Reported to the Project Managers daily on the activities carried out

Project- Southern Swamp Associated Gas Solution (SSAGS) Project for Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC).

Task:

• Handled all technical issues regarding drawings, specifications etc, prepared method statement and coordinated the construction of the Temporary Camp Facility (TCF) at TUNU site
• Managed a site of about three hundred (300) personnel including subcontractors during the demolition of the existing Field Logistic Base (FLB) and the construction of the TCF at Tunu Flow Station
• Ensured the preparation of PTW and JHA before authorization of construction starts
• Supervised the laser scan operation, drafted drawings, and coordinated the early works at the four locations
• Collaborated with engineers to develop accurate and detailed technical drawings for construction projects.

Project- OML58 Upgrade Phase I for TotalEnergies E &P.

Task:

• Supervised the completion of outstanding construction jobs at OML58 Upgrade Phase I
• Supervised field crews to maximize quality and work efficiency.
• Collaborated with management and fellow supervisors to organize operations and achieve demanding schedule targets.
• Ensured the preparation of PTW and JHA before authorization of construction starts
• Identifies construction requirements, constrains, and communicated same to project management
• Coordinated and control site staff and physical resources to achieve construction targets
• Supervised and schedule the activities of subcontractors
• Held meetings with client’s (TotalEnergies E&P) construction team on the progress of job done
• Advised Project Management on the way forward at OML58 Upgrade Phase I

Project- OML58 Upgrade Phase I for TotalEnergies E &P.

Task:

• Coordinated and prepared the reports for the site preparation and installation of rig camp at Obite for Total E&P
• Made AS‐BUILT of OML58 Upgrade Project, made drawing, modification of layout and modeled the 3D of the OML58 Upgrade camp for Total E&P
• Worked with the surveyors in placing the right coordinates on the drawings and later became the coordinator of the survey department
• Worked with the technical department to draft lifting plan processes for OML58 Upgrade project
• Improved communication between departments through clear and concise AutoCAD documentation of project details.
• Maintained a high level of accuracy in all drafted documents, leading to fewer revisions needed throughout the life of a project.
• Collaborated with engineers to develop accurate and detailed technical drawings for construction projects.

Project- Replacement of 24" Gas Pipeline for Nigeria Gas Company (NGC).

Task:

• Supervised gas pipeline replacement project at Azama and Ubafan communities spread.
• Delivered high-quality field services, ensuring all projects were completed on time and within budget constraints.

• Taught Physics and Mathematics at Government Secondary School
• Developed strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues by maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a supportive learning environment.
