Participated in facility-based assessments of primary and comprehensive health care centers in the target communities to identify gaps, and supported programming, in collaboration with the state, local government, and community structures to establish and operationalize a Central Medical Store (CMS) that has become the functional hub for spokes of health facilities to access and revolve funds for essential medicines for the inpatient and outpatient management of community members

Designed, reviewed, and submitted several technical reports, materials, and meeting summaries, in line with donor reporting standards, and meeting summaries, and supported the program's monitoring and evaluation activities including the development of monitoring and evaluation and supportive supervision checklists

Led/participated in all quality management activities in the Abuja Branch Office including accreditation and other quality assurance functions such as monitoring and evaluation of healthcare services and facilities.

Provided technical leadership, guidance, and feedback for overall improvements in processes and outcomes.
