· Providing technical support for the Emergency Preparedness (E-Prep) Strategy for the mission. Procurement, preparation and management of E-prep Kits for quick mobilization in emergency responses for Malnutrition, Yellow fever, Flooding and Mass Casualty events

· Robust monthly situation reports and high quality documentation and archiving for good indicators of performance and identifying unusual consumption patterns for timely action.

· Staff training, oversight and support to pharmacy and supply team in stock management of health commodities including temperature sensitive logistics and storage. Development and implementation of coldchain contingency strategy.

· Provide technical supply chain and pharmaceutical support to overall medical program strategy in collaboration with coordinators and project managers.

· Assessment and audit of external suppliers for temperature sensitive logistics and delivery

· Coordinating annual budgeting and forecasting of drugs and health products for all projects. Utilizing accurate consumption patterns to design forecast which minimize stock outs and eliminate wastes due to expiry, all within budget consideration.

· Focal person for all National drug regulatory authority requirements and stakeholder engagements.

· Collaboration with other INGOs to achieve smooth and seamless supply chain processes in disbursing Humanitarian intervention.

• Planning and oversight with HR department, the associated processes (recruitment, training/induction, evaluation, potential detection, development and communication) of the staff of pharmacy in Malnutrition project in Kebbi State.
• Implementation of MSF quality objectives, guidelines, procedures and protocols for smooth and efficient supply chain operations for the initiation and establishment of the Malnutrition emergency response in Kebbi State.
• Deployment of the E-Prep response and conversion of the Malnutrition intervention from emergency project to regular project.
• Responsible for implementation, evaluation and improvement of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines for the new project and along the entire supply chain.
• Assessment, audit and qualification of health commodities suppliers for local procurement activities

• Managed a large team of pharmacists for the implementation and operation of pharmaceutical care services in a 150 bedded health facility
• Focal person for quality management systems implementation and hospitals’ achievement of ISO 9001:2015 certification. Ensuring quality management systems in place with continuous quality improvement based on the application of evidence-based medicine and learning initiatives
• Member of the Clinical Governance Committee to develop and review protocols, policies and guidelines for day-to-day clinical operations.
• Managed department budget with over 250 million Naira in sales annually
• Led the development and maintenance of the Hospital formulary and pharmaceutical database, immunization/vaccination schedules
• Established and maintained strategic relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers and companies in various therapeutic areas including Assisted reproduction, Diabetes, Cardiovascular and Infectious diseases, for a robust Supply Chain Management system to ensure availability of life-saving drugs as well as customer satisfaction.
• Provided current and accurate Drug Information Service to healthcare team and patients this led to reduction of medication errors by 18% through development and implementation of SOPs for drug dispensing and providing relevant drug information service
• Provided technical support to physicians and patients with regards to medication dosage, drug interactions, disease management and pharmacovigilance.

• Provided technical support in supply chain management of TB and Leprosy management commodities to field programs
• Worked in close collaboration with the Care and Treatment Unit in the implementation of integrated TB and Leprosy and HIV/TB co-infection and other medical services at the facility level
• Assisted in the provision of programmatic assistance to partners on issues of management and control of tuberculosis and Leprosy represented the program to stakeholders and government officials on issues of management and control of tuberculosis, Leprosy and TB/HIV co-infection
