The development site for the Al Khobar Entertainment Development

is a waterfront plot at the north- east end of the Khobar city and is in

the Al-Bahar district of the corniche. The land is reclaimed and is

approximately 369,127m2 in area with a 3km waterfront and

frontage on Corniche Road. The site is located to the east of a large-

scale, high-end, master-planned residential community.

The dynamic waterfront leisure destination will provide

entertainment, retail, food & beverage outlets, and hospitality that

seamlessly integrates into the surroundings. The destination will

offer new experiences throughout the year that encourage repeat

visits.

The thematic overlay for the Al Khobar Entertainment complex is

“futurism”. The site is intended to be developed as an urban

• Al Jazirat Al Hamra Heritage Village Rak Development PROJECT - Is a 34000 Square Meter development in Al Jazirat Al Hamra which comprises infrastructure design (roads, wet services, and dry services).
• Villanova Development – Villanova is a residential district in Dubai land aimed at the so-called affordable housing sector. Tyres, Airbags, Anti-lock braking systems, stability control, Lights,

Mirrors, Bumpers, four-wheel steering, Pre-collision technology etc.

are all in good conditions as approved by the workshop / technical

managers.

· Ensure that seat belts are fastened before leaving the company

premise.

· Ensured vehicles insurance policies are in place and updated before

vehicles are being used.

· Investigates alleged safety defects and orders recalls where

necessary, and ensures non-futuristic occurrences

· Ensures avoidance of exceeding the required speed limits by drivers.

· Ensured seat height adjustments are strictly adhered to by the

drivers to avoid injuries.
