  • Managed logistics and clearing operations of goods procured internationally by co-ordination with clearing agents such as DHL express to ensure timely delivery, adherence to government requirements, application of tax exemptions and acting as a link between the requester and the vendor.
  • Trained over 200 staff located in IOM kenya following a change from SAP to Oracle application system (WAVE). Successfully took them through sessions on managing purchase requisitions, managing purchase orders, receiving goods and services and invoice submission system.

  • Prepare Asset Disposal Form (ADF) for missing, broken or obsolete assets; and obtain approval at the Mission and CAS Manila levels. Ensure the relevant supporting document are attached.
  • Liaise with CAS Manila to obtain approval related to asset transfer, retirement, and disposal process in the system and also coordinate the disposal of non-asset equipment or furniture's.
  • Conduct physical vendor verification during vendor creation process, and assist in conducting vendor performance and document verification as requested.
