Daily technical support to Microsoft's Windows and Office products customers.

• Directly Reporting to the Team Manager.
• Fielding inbounds – over phone or live chat – from customers experiencing problems with the Microsoft’s technology products/platforms
• Responsible for neutralizing customers’ emotions while gathering data to understand their exact pain points
• Synthesize information to execute the right steps to resolve the customer’s issue and leave him/her enthusiastic about the product and their experience.
• Documentation of customer's issues and resolution steps towards forming knowledge bases.

• Directly Reporting to CX Team Lead
• Fielding inbounds – over email or live chat – from customers experiencing problems with the client’s technology products/platforms
• Responsible for neutralizing customers’ emotions while gathering data to understand their exact pain points
• Synthesize information to execute the right steps to resolve the customer’s issue and leave him/her enthusiastic about the product and their experience.
• Documentation of customer's issues and resolution steps.

• Directly Reporting to LPG Technical Supervisor
• Primarily responsible for the daily operation of the LPG filling plant in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Responsible for all the stock (LPG, LPG Cylinders, equipment, and machinery, etc.) in the plant, warehouse, and within the premises of the plant
• Ensuring prompt, safe, accurate cylinder filling and bulk product loading and unloading
• Responsible for the maintenance of the plant equipment and machinery, regulatory and statutory compliance
• Coordinating all EHSSQ activities at the plant and responsible for the safe operation of the facility
• Responsible for delivering the plant budget volume (throughput) in accordance to orders provided
• Responsible for building, maintaining, and sustaining good and lasting Customer relationship with all customers and ensuring excellent service delivery.

• Directly Reporting to VMI Manager
• Ensuring that VMI location conforms to operational standards and functions in line with the established operating procedures and guidelines at all times
• Carry out an assessment of all equipment at all times within the VMI site/location with a view to reducing equipment failure/breakdown that can impart on operational efficiency
• Coordinating VMI Manpower resources to achieve efficiency and high performance in the delivery of quality operational service
• Appraise the performance of the operatives working within the location/site
• Ensuring proper documentation, records, preparation, and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports as at when due
• Ensuring compliance with EHSSQ policy and procedures.

• Directly Reporting to VMI Supervisor
• Ensuring accurate receipts and dispensing of products at locations
• Carry out tank dips daily to ascertain daily stock and ensure no operational loss
• Ensuring operating equipment is in optimal condition
• Ensuring compliance with EHSSQ policies.

• Directly Reporting to HOD,Sciences
• Teaching of student in science subject
• Revising and reinforcing taught lessons to ensure a thorough understanding
• Preparing students for various examinations (SSCE, JAMB), etc.
