• Implement and oversee the community health activities and ensure the provision of quality and timely health services, according
to the national and international standards and guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the community health activities, and collect and report the relevant data and information, such as health
indicators, service utilization, and feedback, and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and maintain the community health equipment, supplies, and drugs, and ensure their proper storage, usage, and disposal,
and report any shortages or damages.

• Participate in the assessment and analysis of the health situation and the health needs of the target population and identify and
prioritize the gaps and challenges.
• Participate in the coordination and communication with other humanitarian actors, such as local authorities, partners, and
