.Supervise and support the Community Health Workers/volunteer's/ female health workers and ensure their motivation,

performance, and well-being.

• Plan and organize community health activities, such as outreach visits, health campaigns, and community meetings, and ensure

their alignment with the project objectives, indicators, and budget.

• Implement and oversee the community health activities and ensure the provision of quality and timely health services, according

to the national and international standards and guidelines.

• Monitor and evaluate the community health activities, and collect and report the relevant data and information, such as health

indicators, service utilization, and feedback, and ensure their accuracy and completeness.

• Manage and maintain the community health equipment, supplies, and drugs, and ensure their proper storage, usage, and disposal,

and report any shortages or damages.

• Follow standard precautions infection prevention and control measures.

• Participate in the assessment and analysis of the health situation and the health needs of the target population and identify and

prioritize the gaps and challenges.

• Participate in the coordination and communication with other humanitarian actors, such as local authorities, partners, and

communities, and ensure the respect and collaboration of the community health team.

• Coordinate activities at the local level and maintain cooperation with other institutions at community level such as the village

council, elders, traditional healers and TBAs.

• Support and organize global celebration days such as Immunization week, world malaria day and similar events at community

level.

• Participate in the evaluation and improvement of the community health services and provide feedback and suggestions for

adaptation and innovation.

• Participate in training and capacity building activities of the CHWs/volunteers ensure on job capacity building.

• Abide by humanitarian principles, code of ethics, and organization policies and procedures.
