  • Assist them to prevent revaluation and advice them on cases of revaluation by carrying out thorough analysis on Finacle Treasury, which is a three tier app: namely the Thin client (The application users interface with); App server (here we make use of putty and the Unix language. The app server serves to connect this three-tier app); Oracle Toad (A database that stores all the data from the Thin Client and actions carried out on the App server. Here we query the Database using SQL).
  • Proactively monitor services and respond to alerts raised by customers and monitoring systems, ensuring the availability and performance of the various application uses by users.
  • Engaged in Finacle Treasury training for UBA Staff across UBA Africa (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Liberia, Congo Brazzaville and more).
  • Managing ticketed query systems and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up-to-date.
  • Treasury trading support covering all dealing applications including Bloomberg, Reuters FXT.
