• Breakdown project into definable work activities that are action oriented, visible and measurable.

• Determine duration of all activities.

• Create micro work programmes with site team in order to clearly map out smaller milestones within global programme.

• Track individual milestones and ensure they are met, flag any potential issues that might affect the team meeting set milestones.

• Deal effectively with delays and anticipate them as much as possible.

• Daily calls to site to get updates, requirements or potential issues. Solve or escalate as appropriate.

• Collate daily site reports, pictures and progress update.

• Ensuring Health and Safety first is strictly adhered to on-site.

• Cost planning and commercial management throughout the entire life cycle of the project from inception to post-completion. • Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets.

• Managing and supervising on-site laborers.

• Monitoring delivery of construction materials and equipment.

• Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators based on the Programme of Works.

• Ensuring Projects are executed using agreed standards & processes and delivered within the specified deadline
