I am pleased to apply for this vacancy in your noble organization. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Management. At my undergraduate level, I studied all relevant modules required to fulfill institution's obligations and was judged outstanding in most of my courses. My research work was on appraisal of impact of traditional institutions in management of inter-group conflict in Nigeria. This gave me the basis and exposure to the need of advancing conflict resolution mechanisms and developing potential in the field to reduce humanitarian crises and promote sustainable development. My industrial training offered me first-hand experience with the issues that disaster victims face, including some that are more complex and require urgent humanitarian aid. These encounters fueled my ambition and passion to join various humanitarian teams working to alleviate people's suffering. I have worked as a teacher in various schools where I ensured and promoted effective communication and sharing of information between the schools authority and the parents. I also coordinated most programs to stimulate students' academic and moral development. My decision to apply for this job is to facilitate the opportunity for me to develop my capacity driven by knowledge of the quality of working environment that you offer with an encourage Learning environment.
