I worked as a Store/Sales Manager for Pandora Ibadan, a franchise of Pandora International. Pandora is an upscale, affordable luxury Jewelry company with over 7,800 stores in more than 100 countries across six continents. In my managerial position at Pandora Ibadan, I carried out the following responsibilities:

• Managed sales cycle to enhance business develop and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coached employees in successful sales strategies and encouraged cross-selling to drive revenue.
• Increased company's revenue by constantly hitting and surpassing monthly sales quota set for store.
• Provided beauty consultancy and jewelry recommendation services to clients as requested.

• Served as a Corp Member under the compulsory National Youths Service Corps in Ogun state Internal Revenue Services.
