• Led the incident investigations that identified the root causes of the capsized majestic rig incident of 15th Aug 2023 in Delta State on our way to Ovhor field, Identified the primary, underlying and root causes and made valuable recommendations to avoid future occurance . A rig owned by Depthwize Nigeria Limited.
• Led the rig HSE team that supported the drilling, completion and handing over of NINE wells to Elcrest early production team in less than 365 days by enforcing an improved overall workplace safety through effective communication and implementation of HSE standards and policies.
• In 2024, I waas part of the joint Inpection team to SDF, BR-301 for rig premobilization/acceptance inpection and ensured legal compliance by monitoring changes in HSE legislation.
• Collaborated several times with departmental heads; ensured implementation of appropriate risk control strategies across units.
• Co -written a rig HSE bridging document on between ; 1.Elcrest and Specialty Drilling Flui. 2.NNPC/Elcrest JV and OES Integrity.
• I ensured compliance with HSE regulations by conducting regular site inspections.
