• Examine lifting equipment, accessories, and rigging gear to identify potential hazards, defects, or wear and tear.
  Carry out pre & post mpi & load test on lifitng equipment
  Evaluate the overall condition of lifting equipment, including its design, construction, installation, and maintenance alighn with the OEM recommendation.
• Ensure handling tools & hoisting equipment are properly examined and to ensure equipment meet OEM recommendation.
  Ensure equipment register are kept up to date.
  Verify that lifting equipment meets relevant safety standards, regulations, and industry codes.
  Document and report any defects, damage, or wear and tear found during inspections, and recommend corrective actions & also ensure damage equipment are quarintine or removed from services.
  Participate in incident investigations to determine the root cause of accidents or near-misses involving lifting equipment
  Keep accurate and detailed records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  Continuously update knowledge of relevant safety standards, regulations, and industry codes to ensure that inspections are conducted in accordance with the latest requirements.
  Ensure reports are submitted at the end of the inspection.
