  • I hone my skills in oil extraction and characterization.
  • I produced oil-in-water emulsions and studied their stability for a month under two temperature conditions respectively.
  • I collaborated with some Pharmaceutical chemistry staff of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in terms of instrumentation and production of the emulsions earlier mentioned.

  • I learnt to design and conduct an experiment independently with minimal supervision.
  • I conducted a research on the possible use of melon (Citrullus lanatus) seed oil to produce biodiesel, contributing to the green initiative and economy.
