• Prepared and reviewed Well intervention & Well Integrity operations programs (Wireline, Coiled Tubing, Pumping operations) and modifications/addendum following Management of Change and Company Rules requirements
• Ensured Intervention operations are properly followed up to guaranty their accomplishment in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, while optimizing costs and lead times

• Supported with Well Intervention budget and performance defense exercise and validation with NUIMS, including monthly cash calls and performance reviews
• Conducted key Intervention projects for affiliate and with the view to ensuring performance for the affiliate.
• Worked with C&P to ensure that CFTs are launched and managed in an efficient manner.
• Ensured contracts under my remit are valid and sufficiently funded to support onshore and offshore Well interveniton operations. Followed up with Engineers & TADMs to ensure that they are well knowledgeable in the contracts under their supervision

• Participate in the Planning, coordination and supervising of onshore and offshore well servicing operations (e.g. various Wireline and Coil Tubing operations, Fishing and Well head maintenance)
• Participate in QHSE audit of service companies in accordance to the company rules
• Maintain good co-ordination/interface with Field Operations, GSR, and Well Performance group for optimisation of well servicing operations as well as Liaise with service companies on well servicing issues and technologies.

• Manage/Supervise Junior Field Engineers and Operators for efficient service delivery in all wireline preparations and interventions execution
• Laiase with client for job planning/presparations and quality service delivery expections
• Actively participate in HSE meetings and inputs to data base both in the fields and office locations
• Represent Schlumberger and its interests for quality HSE participations, Wireline log acquisitions and timely delivery of quality data to clients from job site and/office locations
• Adapt technological changes and operating procedures pertaining to company equipment, tools, and practices to insure maximum operating efficiency

• Turn around maintenance of all downhole drilling tools such as MWD, LWD, Collars and Stabilizers, Direction Drilling tools, etc
• QA/QC of tools and electronic parts.
