  • Providing Core Banking Application support to all front-end users of the application
  • Participation as a key resource for the recent Oracle Flexcube Core Banking Solution (FCUBS) application's successful upgrade from version 12.0.2 to version 14.7.0 (an 18-month project)
  • Participation in the IAM data security solution implementation project
  • Preparation of scripts used by various business units for information extraction
  • Preparation of reports and extraction of data for regulators and auditors using Oracle Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Implementation of stamp duty charges on FCUBS 12.0.2 for current accounts classes as required by regulators
  • Performing regular health checks to ensure the smooth running of the WebLogic servers and the database servers
