In this era of increased online activities in the fields of academics, business, banking and finance to mention a few, it is more pertinent now more than ever to be solidly grounded in one's chosen specialty especially for a career driven individual like me. I am always inspired to look out for problems and work out solutions appropriately as innovation has always been something I strive to achieve. Information and Communication Technology is an ever-evolving area and has become indispensable in today's world. I want to be able to solve complex, challenging problems and proffer solutions where necessary. I studied Communication Technology for Bachelor of Science degree at the National Open University of Nigeria. I have held several part-time jobs and currently hold a full-time job in the ICT department of office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation in Abuja, Nigeria. I have been involved in the processes of creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ISO 9001-2015 certification, digitizing civil servants’ records by implementing an efficient database management system to mention but a few. I have also been opportune to work with a team on harmonizing the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS). Working here has tremendously helped improve my interpersonal skills. I can work alone or as a team and under pressure. I have had practical knowledge on the job where I have been involved in both the software and hardware aspects. My aspirations among other things are to create innovations and implement strategies that will see to the advancement of whatever organization I find myself in the future with the help of the skills and knowledge I will gain from continuous studies which would in turn give a boost to the department and organization. Given the ever-increasing technological breakthroughs we see every day, I am fascinated to see what the future holds, and I am currently equipping myself with a deep understanding of theories and emerging technologies that would enable me to develop cutting edge solutions to address such challenges. I visit the gym to keep fit occasionally and love to travel when an opportunity presents itself. I am a member of the Rotary club of Abuja, Wuse 2 and as such have undertaken lots of charity and humanitarian projects with my club members. I am a technology enthusiast, extremely creative and hardworking and would like to challenge myself. I hope to meet new people from different cultures while becoming more independent and being surrounded by people who I share the same interest with at my current workplace and life in general.
