I have over 12 years’ experience in Technical support and VoIP infrastructure. I have about 2 year hands on experience at Techbon Nigeria Limited working as Operational support/site supervisor where I was responsible for managing the day-to-day off-site operational processes of the organization. I also have about 5 years hands-on experience as an IT support technician and VoIP Engineer in Interra networks limited, Abuja where I was responsible for deploying and managing core IT solutions and business applications and subsequently been doing private consulting in Call center Systems, VoIP applications since the past 7 years. Most of these solutions are IP based solutions, customer relationship management solutions, contact center solutions and numerous desktop applications for our internal and external clients. I have strong analytical, communication and troubleshooting skills alongside numerous IT certifications. I enjoy working with modern technologies and have excellent ability to fix problems, install upgrades and complete administrative tasks.
