Under this role, I was able to facilitate the reconciliation of BUA Transport VS BUA CEMENT (Obu plant) reconciliation which led to Transport having its own separate bank account presently since October this year (2021)
- Monthly Cash inflow/expenditure reconciliation on all payments with BUA CEMENT PLC (OBU plant) Finance Department before the opening of Transport's separate bank account
- Preparation of monthly reports for payment and account reconciliations
- Collaborated with procurement department to reconcile vendor invoices and facilitate payments
- Checking expenses against budget controls, entered figures and reconciled business accounts to address discrepancies
- Communicated and resolved supply issues with vendors regarding outstanding invoices, payments and adjustments
- Input vendor payments and updated accounts to reflect new balances
- Analyzing of monthly budget variance (actual against budgeted) and following-up for timely utilization of approved fund within the related fiscal period

- Monthly coordination and processing of payment due for haulage levy to Edo State Internal Revenue Service on trucks per trip made
