• Responsible for managing and ensuring data quality is collected and reported by Cluster Coordinators and Community Treatment Workers (CTWs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, resulting in very significant improvement in data validity.

• Successfully led a team during Childhood Tuberculosis Week, overseeing activities and ensuring the smooth implementation of the project.

• Developed a comprehensive reporting template on Excel, incorporating stringent data validation measures to streamline data reporting procedures for various project activities.

• Created an interactive dashboard to effectively monitor and track the total number of presumptive TB cases identified during Childhood Tuberculosis Week in Rivers State.

• Ensured accurate and timely data entry by uploading daily field data into the National database.

• Conducted rigorous data validation exercises across multiple health facilities in the Tai, Gokana, Khana, Eleme, and Emuoha local government areas of Rivers State, Nigeria.

• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports to the National body and Funders ahead of the stipulated deadlines.

• Conduct weekly capacity building sessions for data entry clerks, covering various Excel functionalities, data presentation, data cleaning, data validation, and reporting.
