Lead 18 staff in enterprise marketing, products, customer experience, and data and analytics. Product lines under direct management contribute over 70% of unit revenue.
Launched six market-first propositions:
Moved MTN from No. 2 to No. 1 on both NPS and brand health in the Ipsos surveys for 2025 and the first wave of 2026.
Coordinated the development and execution of the S.O.A.R. transformation agenda (Sustained growth, Operational excellence, trusted Advisor, Rise together). Outcomes: higher employee NPS in the Group Culture Audit, faster revenue growth, revenue recovery and a redesigned back office.
Sourced, scoped and closed two public sector deals worth GHS 119 million, then supervised delivery: the Ghana Revenue Authority wide area network (GHS 94 million) and the Ghana Knowledge and Skills Bank for the Ministries of Communications and Education (GHS 25 million).
Led vendor selection for the CPaaS, IoT, unified communications, business insights and cloud services platforms.
Represent the unit in regulatory engagements with the NCA, Cyber Security Authority, Ghana Enterprises Agency, Ministry of Communications and NITA; contribute to policy formulation and internal enforcement.
Contributed to four MTN Group programmes: MTN One Commercial (harmonising commercial functions and the one-app strategy), MTN-I (commercialising telco data), the Ambition 2030 brand positioning campaign, and EBU 2.0 (restructuring enterprise growth across markets).
