• Worked in partnership with ECOWAP/CAADP M&E Programme Officer on the development of the system;

• Worked in partnership with ECOWAP/CAADP M&E Programme Officer to define requirements for an integrated online (web-based) M&E system accessible to different stakeholders with varying levels of access, to enhance the ability of DARD and Regional stakeholders to monitor results periodically;
• To design the system as a common tool for reporting and assessing performance and results;
• To clearly define roles and responsibilities for the potential system users at the different levels (national
• as well).
• Met with stakeholders of the 15 ECOWAS member states and regional institutions including CILSS,
• IITA, CORAF, AfricaRice among others to assess technical strengths and deficiencies and made recommendations for improvement based upon findings.
• Developed and presented a prototype model for the new system and supporting IT infrastructure;
• Created system requirement specification documents on the web-based ECOWAP/CAADP M&E system document.
