HCIA-Security (Huawei Certified ICT Associate-Security)

Training and certificating engineers who are capable of collaborating in the design, deployment, and operation of small and medium-sized enterprise network security architecture.

Target Audience

Cyber security junior engineer who hopes to have information security capabilities.

Prerequisites

1. Basic knowledge of TCP/IP

2. Basic knowledge of Routing & Switching

I did a 10 Days Boot camp Training Online via Zoom on HCIA-SECURITY V3.0 COURSE which aims to provide basic configuration and maintenance for information security solutions of small and medium enterprise.

• On completion of this course, students grasp definition and characteristics of information security, describe common operating systems, and master forwarding principles of firewalls.
• Trained and developed over 50 students and over 80% were certified on HCIA-Security

• Actively involved in training and developing hundreds of ICT professionals online via zoom in this digital era, thus building healthy ICT talent ecosystem.
• Create network topologies and configured network devices using Huawei Network Simulation Software called eNSP
• HCIA-Routing & Switching: Training and certificating engineers with small and medium-sized enterprise network deployment and O&M capabilities.

• Assisted in training staff of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria on ANNUAL CAPACITY BUILDING ON ICT INFRASTRUCTURE (INTERMEDIATE).
• Used powerful networking simulation tool called Cisco Packet Tracer to guide them to do some configurations on both routers and switches.

• Protect themselves, equipment, and environment from accidents, damage, and contamination.
• Performed step-by-step assembly of desktop computer.
• Purpose of preventive maintenance.
• Install and navigate operating system.
• Upgrade or replace components of laptops, printers, or scanners based on customer needs.
• Configure computers to attach to existing network
• Apply good communications skills and professional behavior while working with customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Approximately over 95% of students got their CompTIA A+ Technician certificate.
