· Perform customers’ data entry for further procedural process of accounts opening, internet banking and fixed deposit;
· Maintaining Customer’s existing accounts i.e. Tracking
· Resolved customer’s complaints/requests promptly;
· Verified references for the proposed current account holders;
· Placed customers’ standing orders and other duties as assigned
· Ensure an up-to-date reconciliation and analysis of all ledgers;
· Posting of Cheque Payment Vouchers, Cash Payment vouchers & Journal Vouchers into accounting system;

· Prepare daily Treasury Position to ascertain daily inflows and outflow for review by the Chief Financial Officer;
· Prepare weekly Reports of all Sales transactions as well as Stock movement and Debtors’ status for review by the Head of Business;
· Prepare Monthly Cashflow Reports for review by the Chief Financial Officer;
· Prepare Monthly Intercompany Reconciliation statement for review by Internal & External auditors;
· Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation statement for review by Internal & External auditors;
· Assist analysing of all general ledger accounts (Payables, Receivables, Income & Expenses) and adjust/Propose corrections where necessary;
· Payment of Foreign & Local vendors, Salaries etc via Transfer Instruction or Cheques;
