  • Manage a team of about 25 staff including fleet personnel, facilities personnel, office assistants and HR professionals.
  • In charge of Admin Support space including but not limited to procurement, daily office administration work, facilities maintenance, fleet management, travel arrangements and others.
  • Development of HR policies in-line with best practices and deploying the policies to serve the organization and align it to a higher standard.
  • HR operations touching on employee life cycle from onboarding of new staff, verification of credentials and confirmation of staff, exit management, HMO relationship management etc.
  • Oversee HR Recruitment process revitalization by actively involved in the recruitment process, designing recruitment forms, conducting, and championing interview sessions and successfully securing talent to the organization.
