- As the chef am responsible for the interview and employment of kitchen staff, regular training of kitchen staff and waiting department ensuring quality service responsible for all purchases from Mile 12 and Central kitchen, going round the six branches to ensure compliance to Standard and safety rules making sure that HACCP rules is in place, looking into staff welfares updating menu and reviewing cost of production,a good team player and multitasking, problem solving skills and always ready to learn new things, impacting knowledge and working towards no mistakes
