  • Captured new customers by optimizing business strategies and launching products to diversify offerings across the Children and Youth Segment, Mass Market segment and Mass Affluent space (UBA kiddies, UBA Teens, UBA NextGen, UBA Bumper Account, UBA Target). This was implemented within Nigeria and domesticated within the rest of our African subsidiaries.
  • Led projects and collaborated with senior sales, engineering, and other business development executives to and analyzed data to identify opportunities for improvement. Such as the revamp of our digital account opening service across our chat banking platform LEO, USSD, Mobile banking and web service.
  • Improved account opening on digital channels with the introduction of targeted marketing campaigns. Which saw our sales numbers grow from 3,000 accounts weekly to an average of 13,000 accounts weekly between April 24- December 31, 2020. Against a 5,000 accounts weekly budget.
  • Grew deposits of the Children and Youth segment by ₦9.6 Billion in against a budget of ₦10 Billion.
  • Reduced marketing costs for the Children and Youth segment by streamlining marketing roles, leveraging communications materials, monitoring budgets, and developing protocol. Achieved 100% against budget for operating for FY 2020
  • Enhanced profitability to achieve marketing objectives and drive productivity and growth from concept to implementation. Generating ₦919 Million in revenue for the Children and Youth segment against a budget of ₦1 Billion for FY 2020.
  • Continually maintained and improved company's reputation and positive image in markets served. Directed and launched discounted health care plan for the Children and Youth segment in partnership with Avon Medical in 2021 and launched partnership with Medplus pharmaceuticals to provide discounts to UBA carded customers again in 2021.
