  • Serve as Vice President of the Holding company and help develop the 1879 Tech Hub, which focuses on driving digital innovation within the group.
  • Lead the Creative & Comms division of UACN's Tech Hub; a new division set-up to fully digitize the holding company and the Opcos.
  • Develop communication plans and provide support for UACN's five operating companies: CAP Plc (Dulux and Sandtex Paints), UAC Foods (Gala and Spring Water), LiveStock Feeds, Grand Cereal, and UAC Restaurants (Debonairs Pizza and Mr. BIGG'S).
  • Build a central communications infrastructure for UACN and its Opcos including policies, programmes and a fully operational content and production studio.
  • Recruit and build a strong creative team to implement corporate communications strategies and marketing initiatives for both the holding company and its subsidiaries.
  • Take over the social media platforms of UACN and some of its Opcos reducing over-dependence on marketing agencies.
  • Oversee the creation of content for social media, traditional advertising, and collaborate with external production houses for large campaign productions.
  • Continuously improve communication services by integrating technologies such as AI and CGI into production assets.
  • Assist and collaborate with other divisions in the Tech Hub working towards the goal of making UACN and its subsidiaries digital-native companies.
