RESPONSIBILITIES:

Energy Management Strategy Development and Implementation:

· Develop and implement comprehensive energy management strategies to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs.

· Stay abreast of the latest energy-efficient technologies and industry trends, integrating them into facility operations where feasible.

Engineering Team Leadership:

· Lead and mentor a team of energy engineers and technicians.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability within the team.

Energy Audits and Assessments:

· Conduct regular energy audits to identify areas for improvement and monitor the effectiveness of energy-saving initiatives.

· Assess the energy performance of existing systems and recommend modifications or upgrades.

Project Management:

· Manage projects related to energy optimization, including the design and implementation of new systems or the enhancement of existing ones.

· Ensure that all energy optimization projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

· Work closely with facility management, maintenance teams, and external contractors to ensure alignment of energy goals and practices.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders about energy use, savings, and sustainability initiatives.

Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:

· Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and energy regulations.

· Prepare and present reports on energy usage, savings, and sustainability efforts to senior management and other stakeholders.

Budget Management:

· Develop and manage the budget for energy optimization projects and initiatives.

· Track and report on the return on investment of energy-saving measures.

Sustainability Advocacy:

· Advocate for sustainable energy practices within the organization.

· Educate staff and stakeholders on the importance of energy conservation and sustainable practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Managed water-based mud dewatering operations and automated dewatering plants for effective waste treatment.

· Performed on-site dewatering treatment, including coagulation, flocculation, and clarification, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

· Conducted quality control tests on recovered effluents to meet project feasibility and environmental regulations.
