- Manage and coordinate construction activities at Pennington offshore terminal
- Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements, conduct risk assessments, and ensure all activities comply with project procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and lead multi-disciplinary team of divers, inspectors, project engineers, ROV specialists, Riggers, Fitters, welders and all other trades and specialists, whilst offshore providing guidance and ensuring their adherence to safety and operational procedures.
- Liaise with Vessel Master for co-ordination of marine activities during offshore construction activities required for the Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Calm Buoy systems and appurtenances.
- Provide regular and efficient information to management, reporting any issues, incidents, or non-compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Provide inputs in the definition of inspection, maintenance and repair Look ahead planning with the feedback to discipline/trades supervisors.
