

High energy IT Support officer and network administrator with over 5 year experience in troubleshooting, implementation,
administration of networks and assisting colleagues in providing workable solutions to all their technical issues
· Provide first level and second level support on all Information technology related issues within my designated region.
· Provide high-level technical support to all users.
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
· Providing support for information technology infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, applications software, and networks
· Managing the computer operations of users by providing help desk services to employees who have problems with their computers or other technology devices.
· Providing technical support for computer networks and performing tasks such as software installation, upgrade of operation systems to the latest version and also ensuring patch compliance of all systems.
· Conducting weekly meetings for all support officers to plan and catch up on on-going tasks bank-wide.
· Planning, implementing, and maintaining organization’s computer network by designing and testing new systems, upgrading existing ones, and troubleshooting problems.
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
· Ensures adherence to defined IT policies
· Liaises with the outsourcing service providers/vendors to ensure that outsourced functions are carried out according to pre-agreed service level agreements.
· Ensures that the company’s IT strategies and policies are being implemented.
· Supports network/communications related incidents assigned by the help desk/user support officers.
· Prepares reports for Head Infrastructure or Team lead as required.
· Maintaining network/communications related equipment.
· Implementation and administration of networks, communication and all equipment pertaining to.
· Configuration and installation of Cisco routers and switches.
· Monitor all branch links to ensure availability is in line with agreed SLAs.
· Follow up on all data communications transactions with consultants and liaise with vendors on network related issues.
· Liaise with the unit head in taking necessary and prompt corrective action to ensure the objectives of the unit.
· Enabling of disabled switch ports as a result of Network Access Control (NAC) assigned by service management and from regional IT support personnel.
· Preparation of monthly and daily availability report on link performance for branches (Hub and Spoke), international links and the offsite ATMs
Any other duties as may be assigned by Team Lead or Head Infrastructure.
• Receives and dispatches input data to users.
• Cross checks the captured input data and does the confirmation
• Processes the input data and finally produces bills and print reports
• Captures all input Data sent to Computer department by Data Co-ordination Unit (DCU) & Cash Control Unit (CCU)
• Users Support: Examining/Detecting computer fault, correcting the fault and provide first line technical support to all National Environmental Policy Act Management System (NEPAMS) users
